beds are adjustable The electric beds can be adjusted by remote-control.
The manual beds can be adjusted at the foot of the bed.

The
parents to be, should have a name ready to give to the infant for
the birth certificate. The maternity nurse will provide forms to
fill out for the processing of the birth certificate. |

These
can be purchased from a small shop located on the ground floor in
front of the pharmacy counter. There is also a small selection of
books in many languages available for loan in the wards |

The
patient can press the overhead bed button (Intercom) and a nurse
will come to their attendance immediately.
There is an additional nurse's call button in the bathroom. |

patients needing to send or receive faxes. Outgoing faxes are
charged according to the time and destination. Incoming faxes
are free of charge for our patients. |

Every
precaution has been taken to ensure your safety in the unlikely
event of fire. Fire escape routes are shown on the floor plan
on the inner side of your door and in the hallways of each floor.
Fire extinguishers are placed in each hallway. Our staff have
undergone intensive emergency fire training. For safety, smoking
in the hospital is strictly prohibited. |

Your
attending doctor may order a follow-up
check-up or treatment after your discharge. The Nurse will confirm your
appointment date. Please do not leave the hospital without obtaining the
follow-up appointment |

Recommendations). For certain illness such as diabetes, a special
diet is provided in accordance to the doctor's instructions. If
necessary, our nutritionist will visit the patient for consultation
and recommendations about the meals. |

providers and help you process your insurance claim. Upon admission,
it is necessary to provide us with the following:

patients requiring a medical certificate or report for insurance
purposes, or any documentation which has to be completed by the
hospital, please inform the attending doctor or the nurse prior
to your discharge. |

your attending doctor has prescribed medication to take regulary
for treatment after you are discharged from the hospital, your attending
nurse will obtain them from our Pharmacy Department and will ensure
you fully understand the dosage prescribed. Please do not hesitate
to clarify any questions with your attending nurse prior to your
discharge. |

be advised that room occupancy of more than 6 hours from the time
of admission, up to 24 hours, is charged as one day of hospitalization. |

Extention & Renewal Service |

Our
International Department Coordinators are here to assist your every
need and ensure a pleasant recovery while under our care. We can
help you process the VISA Extention and Renewal without necessarily
having to leave the hospital. If possible, please inform us at least
3 days prior to expiration date, so that we can help you obtain
the necessary required documents |
