	To whom it may concern, My name is Robin Culler and I am staying in Pattaya for two weeks. While I have been here, I have received immunizations at the hotel, chest X-rays and a blood test at the hospital. The purpose of this letter is to try to express the best way I can my deep appreciation for the professionalism and care, members of your staff have given me and my friends. In the first instance, last Sunday, a number of staff members ranging from cashiers, to nurses, to other staff members came to our hotel and did a great job giving immunizations to many people. Their smiles were so warm, it made it so much easier to go through the procedure. I wish I had the names of all the staff members I encountered. They all deserve praise for their hard work. Secondly, I came to the hospital for X-rays and a blood test this past Tuesday. Again the staff did a wonderful job directing me to the proper locations for these procedures. One particular incident highlights how happy I am with several people there. I had mistakenly thought that my medical procedures were being automatically paid for by my company. The cashiers (I want to get their names!) were very patient with me and explained that I needed to pay, but I was not understanding them clearly. Finally, one of the cashiers contacted Reina Rances who in turn spoke to me. Like the others she was so polite. We contacted one of my company members and she straightened the whole situation out. After I paid for the services, she and Yui (I am not sure of her last name, but I know Reina knows her as well as the cashiers) very kindly obtained a taxi for me so I could get back to the hotel. That was so nice of them to do that. Whenever I have friends coming to the city, I will be sure to tell them about your hospital and in particular the wonderful experiences I have had.
