Rotavirus is a contagious virus that can causes diarrhea. It is the commonest cause of diarrhea in infants and children worldwide. With children and the elderly the symptoms will be more severe.

4 warning symptoms to tell you to see the doctor immediately*

• Fatigue, cold hand and feet
• Having prolonged vomiting or diarrhea
• Passing little or no urine for six hours
• Dry mouth and throat, crying with no tears, and sunken fontanelle
