What is the BPH E-Payment (epay)?

It is a service customer to pay online:

  • Buyers can make a payment of goods / services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Convenience to buyers by offering two type of payment service: Direct debit Payment or Credit Card Payment.
  • Real-time processing and authorization over the Internet.
  • Merchants and buyers get an online confirmation immediately after the bank has processed the payment transaction.
  • Compatibility with most shopping carts and no need to install any program at the merchant web site.
  • Merchant will easily track sales and get day-end electronic reports of intra-day transactions over the internet.

Merchant funds can be available as soon as the  next business day after the settlement.

Is my credit card number safe?

Yes. uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Private Communication Technology security standards supported by popular browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape. SSL encodes your credit card number, so that it is available only to you and the trusted financial institution. This encryption makes doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase by telephone. All transaction related information will be passed on to the trusted financial institution, and we do not maintain in our server any of your financial information, including but not limited to credit card's name, number and expiry date.

How do I pay, having purchased a product from

Currently our system supports payment through VISA, MASTER. You make a payment by clicking Pay Online which is linked to our payment page. After reviewing the Information and Purchase Policy, you can select to make payment by online credit card (VISA or MASTER).

How the E-payment and Purchase is process?

The E-payment and Purchase process on our site is very simple and should require no more than 2 or 3 minutes to complete all four steps.

Step 1 – Register for membership

Please select your username and password and complete an application form by providing Last Name, First Name (as shown in your credit card), current address, contact phone number, and email address which will be used to automatically reply with confirmation of your purchase.

Once you have completed the necessary fields, click "Confirm" and the system will confirm you username and password, and send you a confirmation by email.

Then click “Go the Health Online”

Step 2 – Select item or Payer Type

Once you select the item you would like to purchase or payment including

      1. Patient or Pay with patient
      2. Non-Patient or Pay with relative or others

then clicked 'Paid by Credit Card', a page will be displayed with all of the selected item details including the total cost.

Each fare is associated with specific terms and conditions. You must review and agree to those terms and conditions prior to the purchase of an item. Click the "Here" button to review the associated terms and conditions in a separate window.

Once you have reviewed the terms and conditions, you must click “Confirm” on the page. It will be displayed K-payment gateway, an online payment system by KASIKORNBANK

Step 3 – Credit Card Information

To complete purchase, you must fill out the credit card details including: Credit Card type (Visa or Mastercard), Credit Card Number (16 numbers on the face of your card), CVV/CVC code which is on the reverse side of your card, First and Last name of the card holder (as it appears on the card), and expiration date which appears on the face of your card.


We do not store your credit card information in our system. All payment details are immediately passed on to the credit card processing center. This policy helps us to secure your personal and credit card information against unauthorized use.

Once all payment details are completed, please click "Pay Now" and your credit card will be charged.

Step 4 - Payment and Confirmation

Your payment will be processed and your purchase is confirmed. You will be directed to the Purchase Confirmation page. Congratulations, you have completed the online purchase process. Thank you for your purchase.

Your purchase on the selected item is complete. On the Payment screen, all of your details are once again displayed. Once your purchase is confirmed, our system will automatically send you a purchase confirmation email to the email address specified in your information profile.

Please print the confirmation from the Purchase Confirmation Email by clicking 'Print'. Please retain the confirmation details for your records.

What is cancellation policy?

All Purchases will require full payment. There will be no refund for customers who do not show up, or for cancellations made known less than 7 days before the date of arrival for the hospital. Any cancellations or major changes must be made within 24 hours for full refund.
